How to Request Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your 3LYTRA account and associated data, please follow these steps:

1. Send an Email Request: Send an email to support@3lytra.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
2. Include Required Information: In your email, please include:
   • The email address associated with your 3LYTRA account
   • Your full name as registered on the account
   • A statement confirming you wish to delete your account
3. Verification: We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the deletion request to protect your account from unauthorized access.
4. Confirmation: Once your request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email within 30 days of your request.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

• Your account profile information (name, email address, phone number)
• Your address and location data
• Your app preferences and settings
• Your usage history and activity logs
• Any content you have created or uploaded within the app

Data That May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for a limited period even after account deletion for the following reasons:

• Legal Compliance: We may retain certain information as required by applicable laws, regulations, or legal proceedings (e.g., tax records, transaction history) for up to 7 years.
• Fraud Prevention: Limited data may be retained to prevent fraud and abuse, typically for up to 90 days after deletion.
• Backup Systems: Your data may persist in our backup systems for up to 30 daysafter deletion before being permanently removed.
• Anonymized/Aggregated Data: Data that has been anonymized or aggregated in a way that can no longer identify you may be retained for analytical purposes.

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, you will not be able to recover your account or any associated data.
• If you have any active subscriptions or pending transactions, please ensure these are resolved before requesting account deletion.
• Deleting your account will revoke access to any premium features or purchased content.

Processing Time

We aim to process all account deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a verified request. In some cases, particularly complex requests may take longer, but we will keep you informed of any delays.
