At 3LYTRA (developed by Schilke App Solutions LLC), we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data from our services while optionally keeping your account active.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your personal data from 3LYTRA, please follow these steps:
- Send an Email Request: Send an email to support@3lytra.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Include Required Information: In your email, please include:
- The email address associated with your 3LYTRA account
- Your full name as registered on the account
- Specify which data you want deleted (or request deletion of all data)
- Indicate whether you want to keep your account active or delete it as well
- Verification: We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the deletion request to protect your data from unauthorized access.
- Confirmation: Once your request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email within 30 days of your request.
Types of Data You Can Request to Delete
You can request deletion of any or all of the following data categories:
- Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and address
- Usage Data: App activity logs, browsing history within the app, and usage statistics
- Location Data: Any stored location information or address data
- Preferences: App settings, personalization data, and saved preferences
- User Content: Any content you have created, uploaded, or stored within the app
- Device Information: Device identifiers and technical information associated with your account
Data That May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for a limited period even after a deletion request for the following reasons:
- Legal Compliance: We may retain certain information as required by applicable laws, regulations, or legal proceedings (e.g., tax records, transaction history) for up to 7 years.
- Fraud Prevention: Limited data may be retained to prevent fraud and abuse, typically for up to 90 days after deletion.
- Backup Systems: Your data may persist in our backup systems for up to 30 daysafter deletion before being permanently removed.
- Anonymized/Aggregated Data: Data that has been anonymized or aggregated in a way that can no longer identify you may be retained for analytical purposes.
- Account Functionality: If you choose to keep your account active, minimal data (such as email address) will be retained to maintain your account.
Important Notes
- Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, the specified data cannot be recovered.
- If you have any active subscriptions or pending transactions, certain transaction-related data may need to be retained.
- Deleting certain data may affect your ability to use some features of the app.

Processing Time
We aim to process all data deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a verified request. In some cases, particularly complex requests may take longer, but we will keep you informed of any delays.
